I always have a lot of feelings running through my being, any moment, any time. But it takes a while to understand and it’s more an understanding of feeling. If you feel bad or unhappy, or have catches on your chakras, that is not you, they’re coming from somewhere else. So they’re not actually you in your spiritual form, but they are things that are trying to invade your psyche. As Mother has described units of psychic interference.

My point is that if these things are not you, where are they coming from. So once I figured out where something is coming from, then they’re exposed and their power over you is lost. The great thing about the Truth that we’re realising is that that Truth exposes the negativity, which then means it has no power because it’s finished.

So that’s the same within our being, that if we feel a vibration that we don’t like, centre heart or whatever it may be, you actually need to know where it comes from. If I work on somebody, I always look at their hands to see their relationship with their parents and so on so forth. So I figure out where it’s coming from, expose it and then it’s destroyed. And everybody can do that, it’s just a question of you understanding that and feeling it. And the most important thing is your relationship with your parents as they have affected us the most. I can always feel what effect they had on individual people and how to correct that by letting the person know the effect their parents had on them, and by realising this and exposing it, that destroys the negative connection….
