Understanding Your Emotions

It’s very important to be able to understand your emotions, and not be controlled by them. I find that many people who come to see me have become over-emotional and can’t seem to get out of the cycle of negative thoughts and thinking. By giving people their self-realisation, this allows them for the first time in their life to understand their emotions and thoughts and to relieve themselves of constant thinking and controlling habits.

Our emotions should be there for us, so if you want to laugh or cry then you can without any inhibitions. How many times do I hear people say, I wish I hadn’t said this to so and so yesterday. So we are always making excuses for things we feel we have done wrong instead of just being our true selves. It is not important to worry about what people think of us, but just to be open and honest with ourselves and everybody around us.
