I felt it would be helpful for people to see the whole Glossary from all of my books to give an understanding of all the different words which I use within the books. – Nick Burrin
Self-Realisation – The awakening of the Kundalini which allows you to understand your true self which is your spirit, which is the eternal part of you that goes from life to life within evolution.
Thoughtless Awareness – The state of meditation where the Kundalini rises up and absorbs our thoughts and brings us into the present. We become Thoughtless, but totally aware, and in tune with our True Self, our spirit.
Doubtless Awareness – Once Thoughtless Awareness is established, we begin to have direct experiences which leave us in no doubt that this is the truth. Through this we recognise Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi as the Incarnation of The Adi Shakti, The Feminine Power of God.
God Realisation – The becoming and knowing of God Consciousness, of Absolute Truth, within our own being.
Kundalini – The reflection of the Adi Shakti in human beings. Your own individual Mother energy, the Primordial Mother energy which resides in the sacrum bone, which at the time of realisation rises up piercing through the Chakras and bringing us into balance. We feel the Kundalini as the cool breeze energy on our hands and coming out of our head.
Chakras – Energy centres. There are seven main Chakras which relate to the main organs of the body and the evolution of mankind. Each Chakra has a residing Deity, and that Deity gives us the innate qualities of God.
Mooladhara Chakra – Shri Ganesha, who was first created. He is the source of wisdom and innocence, the Eternal Child.
Swadisthan Chakra – Shri Saraswati. The Goddess of pure knowledge and creativity.
Nabhi Chakra – Shri Vishnu. Sustenance and wellbeing, seeking and evolution.
Left Nabhi – Shri Gruha Laxmi. Qualities related to our home life, peace and satisfaction. The centre of our self-mastery.
Heart Chakra – Shri Shiva and Shri Parvati. Sincerity, compassion, love, our eternal Spirit.
Centre Heart – Shri Durga. Security, courage, fearlessness, the power to fight negativity.
Vishuddhi Chakra – Shri Krishna. Witness, communication, collectivity, sweet diplomacy. The power to transcend maya.
Left Vishuddhi – Shri Vishnumaya. The power to express our innocence and self-esteem. The power to overcome guilt, which is the loss of innocence.
Agnya Chakra – Lord Jesus Christ. The power of forgiveness, Thoughtless Awareness, humility.
Back Agnya Chakra – Shri Maha Ganesha. The power to overcome all our conditionings, transcend our past, and forgive ourselves.
Sahasrara Chakra – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi opened the Sahasrara of the Universe, and by giving us Self Realisation, allowed us to enter the Realm of Reality, which is the Kingdom of God. Thoughtless Awareness, Doubtless Awareness, God Realisation.
Ekadesha Rudras – The eleven destroying powers of Lord Jesus Christ, which form a ring around the head and across the forehead
Virata – God Almighty is the Virata, the totality of the Cosmos.
To work on – By using the Vibrations we can raise the Kundalini energy in other people to help them feel the cool breeze and bring their lives into balance, and to feel the innate qualities of the Deities.
Vibrations – The all-pervading power of love of the Holy Ghost, felt as a cool breeze in the palm of our hands and above our head.
Puja – The dedications and worships of God.

Maya – Illusion. Maha Maya is an illusion even to the greatest of Gods.
Angels – Our protectors, who are created to destroy the negativity.
Jerusalem – Shri Mataji has said that the great prophet William Blake has prophesised that Jerusalem will be built in England. That is why Shri Mataji spent 21 years in England. Spiritually, England is the heart of the Universe.
En masse realisation – The raising of the Kundalini and giving Self Realisation to large groups of people, potentially humanity as a whole. This has only been possible since 1970, when Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, The Supreme Incarnation of God Almighty, opened the Sahasrara Chakra of the Universe.
Collectivity – Wherever you are, you are connected to the Divine.
Param Chaitanya – The all-pervading Divine Power of God’s Love. The Cool Breeze of the Holy Ghost.
Avatar – Incarnation of a Deity.
Manasa Lake – Sacred lake at the top of the Himalayas, next to Mount Kailash. The seat of Lord Shiva.
Adi Shakti – The Feminine Power of God, the Creator of this Universe, who does all Living Work. The Devi, The Goddess who integrates and unites everything. The Adi Shakti has incarnated more than a thousand times to protect Her children from those negative forces that were trying to destroy them.
Sahaja Yoga – The form of Kundalini awakening / meditation that Shri Mataji taught which enables the human race to get their Self Realisation.
Dharma – Divine Conduct. Our innate power of balance, righteousness and proper behaviour, which manifests through us when we are in meditation.
Bindi – The red kum-kum that Indian ladies wear on the centre of their forehead to signify that they are married.
Swayambhu – A natural and sacred emanation from Mother Earth expressing Her Divinity, such as Saptashringi in India or Uluru (Ayer’s Rock) in Australia.
Rakshasas – Demons. The conscious forces of evil that have taken birth throughout history to destroy mankind, and live in the human psyche as thought.
Amrut – Divine Nectar. Recreated during Puja by offering milk, honey, ghee, sugar, yoghurt and saffron to Shri Mataji’s Lotus Feet.
Bhoots – The spirits of dead people that interfere with the living.
Bandhan – using the vibrations as love to help situations.
Ganas – Shri Ganesha’ army or antibodies
Abandonment – a subjective emotional state in which people feel undesired, left behind, insecure, or discarded; the existentialist idea that humanity is abandoned in existence and must find its own meaning.
Abeyance – a state of temporary disuse or suspension; synonyms: suspension, a state of suspension, a state of dormancy, a state of latency, a state of uncertainty, suspense, remission, reserve; pending, suspended, deferred, postponed.
Culling – In biology, culling is the process of segregating organisms from a group according to desired or undesired characteristics. In animal breeding, culling is the process of removing or segregating animals from a breeding stock based on specific criteria.
Units of psychic interference – dead souls that posess people’s psyche and thought processes.
Elude – escape from or avoid (a danger, enemy, or pursuer), typically in a skilful or cunning way; synonyms: evade, avoid, get away from, dodge, flee, escape (from), run (away) from.
Emanate – (of a feeling, quality, or sensation) issue or spread out from (a source); synonyms: emerge, flow, pour, proceed, issue, ensue, come out, come forth, spread out, come; be uttered, be emitted, be transmitted.
Immensify – from immense; extremely large or great, especially in scale or degree; synonyms:huge, vast, massive, enormous, gigantic, colossal, cosmic, great, very large, very big, extensive, expansive, monumental.
Kinetic Energy – In physics, the kinetic energy of an object is the energy that it possesses due to its motion.
Tenacity – the quality or fact of being very determined; determination; synonyms: persistence, determination, single-mindedness, strength of will, strength of purpose, tirelessness, relentlessness.
Nullify – make legally null and void; invalidate; make of no use or value; cancel out; synonyms: cancel out, neutralize, negate, render ineffective, make of no use or value; rarenegative.
Anomaly – deviation from the normal or usual order, type, etc; irregularity
Serenity – the state or quality of being serene, calm, or tranquil.
Churning – is the process of shaking up cream (or whole milk) to make butter, and various forms of butter churn have been used for the purpose.
Ignorance – which means, incomprehension, unawareness, unconsciousness, lack of knowledge, lack of information, foolishness, and enlightenment.
